Wedding Package
Cragsmere Manor
$2500 wedding package in addition to the rental amount for Cragsmere Manor. This amount allows the guest exclusive use of Cragsmere Manor and the property for the agreed-upon dates in the wedding agreement.
Wedding Policies
Insurance
Guest will obtain special event liability insurance for the Event. The insurance will have limits of at least the following: (a) general liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, and (b) if alcohol will be served at the Event, liquor liability coverage of $100,000. PFH Op Co, LLC will be listed as a named additional insured, and Guest will provide PFH a certificate of insurance evidencing this coverage prior to gaining access to the Property.
Cancellation
Guest may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 180 days prior to the Event Date by providing written notice to PFH. If Guest cancels this Agreement at least 180 days prior to the Event Date, Guest will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a 3% processing fee and will not be responsible for payment of the Fee. If Guest cancels this Agreement within 90 days of the Event Date, Guest will be charged the entire Fee.
Use of Property
Guest must book the property at the minimum night requirements, please reach out to us if you have questions about our current requirements.
Fee; Deposit
Guest will pay PFH a fee (the “Fee”) to rent the Property for the Event. Guest will pay a deposit of 50%, which will be due at the time of signing this Agreement. The balance of the Fee will be due by 90 days prior to the Event.
Wedding Agreement
Guest must sign a separate wedding agreement, in addition to the rental agreement.
