Patriot Family Homes
Patriot Family Homes was founded by Joseph & Rachel Riley. In late 2017, Joe was deployed as a Captain in the Army to Afghanistan and the Rileys began renting their home near Fort Benning, GA for short-term stays and discovered a need for temporary housing near military bases. It was with this realization that Patriot Family Homes was formed.

Since then we’ve expanded to over 40 markets and assembled a first-class team of veterans and military spouses to operate our properties.

Mentone Vacation Rentals' Story
A unique love story unfolded when retired Army General Joe and Chanelle found each other after enduring personal tragedies. Their friendship blossomed into marriage, and together they embarked on a mission to find the perfect mountain retreat for their large family. After discovering their first Mentone home in 2015, they diligently restored it to create a serene haven for family gatherings. Their dedication led to the birth of Mentone Vacation Rentals, offering meticulously appointed homes with breathtaking views and top-notch service. Now, as they transition into retirement, we're excited to welcome these properties into the Patriot Family Homes portfolio and continue their legacy of excellence by managing these amazing rentals moving forward.
